Job summary

MU Health Care's Emergency Services team is seeking a compassionate RN to join our Level 1 Trauma Center in Columbia, MO. Our ER handles high-acuity cases and works closely with the children’s hospital transport team. This full-time, evenings shift (3 12s/week) is on-site with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Qualifications

• Missouri Board of Nursing RN or multi-state RN license.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and nursing needs; set goals and actions for care.
• Assess and reassess pain using appropriate scales and document.
• Educate patients about medications and assess treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
