Lancesoft INC is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) in Alaska to join a leading healthcare organization. This full-time night shift role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality emergency care across all age groups and work within a collaborative team.

The compensation ranges from $99,000 to $128,000 annually, with a $25,000 sign-on bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance, and an additional $25,000 geographic differential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in any U.S. state; Alaska license obtainable upon hire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
• Emergency Department, Acute Care, or Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• New Graduate RNs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency and acute patient care across all ages.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions in fast-paced environments.
• Respond to medical emergencies and critical situations.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and ancillary staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide patient and family education to support positive outcomes.
