Job summary

Emanate Health is seeking an experienced RN II for the Emergency Department at Inter-Community Hospital in Covina. This full-time night-shift role involves rapid assessment, planning, and delivery of episodic emergency care for patients across all ages.

Requirements include California RN license, BLS, ACLS and PALS within 3 months, and pediatric education within 6 months. Stroke scale certification and assaultive behavior training are also required. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• RN license in the State of California is required.
• BRN-approved pediatric education within 6 months of hire and annually thereafter.
• ACLS and PALS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Assaultive Behavior Training as per AB508/SB1299 within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification A required within 3 months of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for emergency patients across ages.
• Provide education and referrals as needed and ensure life-support measures when required.
