Zusammenfassung

The Emergency Department at Plainfield, part of Backus Hospital, is a free-standing 12-bed unit within Hartford HealthCare’s network. The department operates with a dedicated team including RNs, ED technicians, and physicians to deliver urgent care for patients of all ages.

Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the registered nurse provides evidence-based, patient-centered care and develops care plans that meet physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year critical care RN experience.
• Current CT RN license in good standing.
• BLS required; ACLS, TNCC, PALS, CPI certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to obtain moderate sedation within 9 months of hire.
