Job summary

CARIN Alliance seeks an Emergency Room RN to join a dedicated healthcare team in Bentonville, AR. You will apply the nursing process to deliver patient care, uphold patient rights, and collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license and licensure compliance.
• Minimum 1 year ER experience for PRN roles.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC) may be required depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process with accountability for outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care across departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
