Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) in Emergency Services for a mid-shift, full-time role in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Earn a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for eligible candidates and enjoy a rotating weekends/holidays schedule with 3x12 shifts.

Candidate must hold an AZ RN license with endorsement and ADN; BSN preferred. BLS is required; ACLS/PALS/Handle with Care are a plus.

Qualifications

• Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ACLS, PALS, TNCSS and Handle with Care preferred
• 1+ years ED or critical care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient
