Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ, seeks an Emergency Services RN for a full-time mid-shift (3x12, 12p-12:30a) with rotating weekends and holidays. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

The 171-bed hospital is part of Lifepoint Health, delivering compassionate, high-quality care to the local community. In this ER role, you will provide direct patient care, monitor and document status, and coordinate with the team on transfers, discharges, and family

Qualifications

• Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement.
• ADN required.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCSS and Handle with Care preferred.
• 1+ years ED or critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
