Job summary

AdventHealth Minneola is seeking a registered nurse for the Emergency Department. The role requires ED experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS as applicable. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and document patient progress comprehensively.

Qualifications

Experience in the emergency department or acute care setting is required.
RN license and CPR certification are required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among healthcare professionals.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Document patient information accurately in the medical record.
Administer medications and treatments safely according to protocols.
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, options, and plans.
