AdventHealth in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an experienced registered nurse for the Emergency Department. The role involves comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering treatments in a high-acuity environment.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), Florida RN licensure, and 1+ year of ED experience. This full-time position offers progressive benefits and a supportive team culture.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physical, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate and revise them.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff and ancillary departments to optimize patient care and communication.
