Job summary

Incredible Health in Stratford, NJ is hiring for an Emergency Department RN to provide high-quality urgent care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include rapid patient assessment, trauma and emergency care support, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to determine discharge or admission. ER experience is preferred and active RN license is required; ACLS/PALS certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and/or PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care.
• Treat patients suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor patient health, administer medications and use/maintain medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans and determine discharge or admission.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
