Job summary

Incredible Health is actively hiring an Emergency Department (RN) for the Cherry Hill, NJ area. The role welcomes RNs with ER experience and offers day, night, and mid shifts along with full-time, part-time, and per diem options. Responsibilities include triage, trauma care, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to implement care plans. ACLS/PALS preferred; ADN or higher in nursing required.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate/maintain medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan.
