Incredible Health in Long Beach, CA is actively hiring for an Emergency Department RN. We welcome applicants with ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license, with 1+ year ER experience preferred. ACLS/PALS certifications are a plus, as is experience with advanced medical equipment.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first line of defense for urgent medical care.
• Treat trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications, and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans and determine discharge or longer stays.
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan.
