Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current nursing license in Iowa or eligibility per Iowa Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Assess patient needs and collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changing clinical situations.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment, and follow-up needs.
• Accurately document patient care and maintain thorough medical records.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes.
• Delegate and coordinate care activities with other healthcare team members.
• Promote patient safety and infection prevention practices.
