Job summary

Saint Joseph Berea, part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and outcomes.

Required are an accredited nursing school graduate, KY RN license, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS within set timelines). The role is on-site in Berea, KY, with pay range reflecting hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license KY at hire.
• BLS/CPR within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS within 90 days.
• PALS within 6 months.
• TNCC within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, comprehensive nursing care.
• Perform assessments and implement care plans.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments.
• Monitor progress and adjust care to achieve desired outcomes.
• Uphold patient autonomy, dignity and rights.
