Job summary

Azkrmc is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced health system. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, create and implement care plans, and coordinate with physicians and other staff to optimize outcomes.

The role requires ADN or nursing diploma, BLS/ACLS/PALS at minimum, with possibilities for BSN preference. Certifications across ICU/ED areas are expected within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include ADN or nursing diploma; BSN preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP required or obtainable within specified timeline.
• Experience across acute care settings and ICU/ED units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality of Care and Nursing Process: provide evidence-based care and prevent HCAC and readmissions.
• Assessment: collect data, perform comprehensive H&P, and document per unit policies.
• Diagnosis/Care Needs: identify needs and plan care with patient involvement.
• Implementation: deliver nursing care aligned with diagnoses and therapies from other disciplines.
• Evaluation: monitor progress and revise diagnoses as needed.
• Clinical Lead: coordinate nursing staff, patient care quality, and compliance.
