• ENPC within 12 months.
• TNCC within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Administers, oversees and documents medication administration per order.
• Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and plans care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Ensures adherence to safety, risk management and regulatory standards.
• Prepares patient for discharge and coordinates post-discharge needs.
