• Adheres to department and hospital policies, safety, risk management and regulatory standards.
• Administers and documents medications as ordered and per policy.
• Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and plans care accordingly.
• Documents care and patient status using the nursing process and coordinates post-discharge needs
