Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in North Carolina or a Compact state is required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Associate's degree in nursing is required as a minimum qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in assigned unit to meet direct patient needs.
• Develop individualized care plans from patient data.
• Administer medications and treatments as part of nursing care.
• Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate patient response and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team for planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
