Job summary

Intercare Recruitment is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join healthcare facilities across the United States. The ER RN will provide timely, safe, and high-quality nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute and emergency conditions.

Responsibilities include triage, direct nursing care, monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Candidates should hold an RN license or be eligible for U.S.

Qualifications

• Current RN license or eligibility for U.S. RN licensure.
• At least 2 years of bedside nursing experience preferred.
• Recent ER/ED experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
• U.S. RN credentials such as NCLEX may be required depending on the position and visa pathway.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients based on severity of condition.
• Provide direct nursing care to emergency patients.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with emergency procedures.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge instructions.
• Follow hospital infection-control standards and patient-safety protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
