Job summary

1103 Team Member Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a hospital-based team in North Carolina. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care.

Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure infection control and safety standards are met. The role requires strong communication and teamwork within a unit.

Qualifications
