Job summary

Upland Hills Health - Dodgeville Hospital Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This part-time 0.75–0.9 FTE role covers evening to night hours (6 p.m.–6 a.m.) with weekend/holiday rotation, located in Dodgeville, WI.

Responsibilities include nursing care for ED patients, assessment and planning, collaboration with the ED team under physician direction, and patient education on care plans and goals.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license required.
• CEN certification preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC/TNCC required or willingness to obtain.
• Emergency/trauma nursing experience preferred.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide total nursing care of patients presenting to the Emergency/Urgent Care Department.
• Assess patient condition, evaluate and implement nursing care plans in ED according to standards.
• Work with Emergency Services Team under ED Physician direction to provide patient care.
• Provide information and education to patients and families about care plans and goals.
