Job summary

Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department to provide total nursing care to patients presenting to the ED. You will assess patient condition, implement care plans, and collaborate with the ED team under the physician's direction.

The position requires WI RN licensure; CEN is preferred, as are ACLS/BLS/PALS or ENPC/TNCC or willingness to obtain. Prior ED/trauma experience and EPIC EMR familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Wisconsin required.
• CEN certification preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC/TNCC or willingness to obtain required.
• Prior Emergency/trauma nursing experience preferred.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide total nursing care for patients in the Emergency/Urgent Care Department.
• Assess patient condition and implement ED nursing plans per standards.
• Collaborate with the Emergency Services Team under physician direction to provide care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and goals.
