Job summary

University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital is seeking a clinically competent registered nurse to provide safe, evidence-based care for acutely ill patients. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

The role requires adherence to nursing standards, IV therapy competency, and current CA RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in nursing (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
• Licenses/Certifications: current RN licensure in CA; ACLS/BLS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, implement, and evaluate nursing care for each patient.
• Direct care provided by LVN, CNA, nursing student, or logistics staff as appropriate.
• Participate in organization-wide Performance Improvement Program and quality planning activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Director/Clinical Lead RN.
