• Delegates and provides direction to other healthcare team members within scope of practice.
• Utilizes critical thinking in developing nursing interventions while maintaining responsibility and accountability for the knowledge of conditions of assigned patients
• Float to other areas to provide nursing support as needed
• Provide discharge instructions and coordinate follow-up when applicable.
