AdventHealth Ocala is hiring RNs for the CVPCU and MPCU units. Day and night shifts are available with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and a relocation incentive up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• RN license in Florida required.
• 1+ year RN experience in acute care setting.
• BLS certification required.
• Critical care knowledge essential.
• Proficiency in EMR systems (Cerner/EPIC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
