Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure; state or Nursing Compact applicable.
• ACLS certification required by orientation; PALS within 90 days.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Documents findings and communicates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborates to develop, evaluate and revise the plan of care.
• Delivers direct care in a safe, comfortable environment.
• Coordinates discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assists with patient education and uses appropriate equipment.
