Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree/Diploma required.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of Michigan.
• 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience with leadership abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and facilitate processes.
• BLS required, ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Functions as lead and resource person for nursing personnel.
• Assists in coordinating care via scheduling and prioritizing staff.
• Collaborates with manager to assure adequate nurse-patient ratio.
• Facilitates shared decision making among staff.
• Coordinates in-service programs for staff competence.
