First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem hospital opportunities. You can choose shifts that fit your availability while working with a local staffing team that offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Shifts include evenings and nights with daily pay options and support from dedicated staffing coordinators. ER RNs must have active RN license, ACLS/BLS, and at least 2 years of acute-care ER experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements.
