Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for Per Diem hospital assignments. You will work with a local team, choosing shifts that fit your availability while earning competitive per diem pay and benefiting from flexible scheduling and daily, weekly, and rapid-pay options.

Responsibilities include triage, patient assessment, medications, and coordination with physicians.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care.

• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
