Qualifications

• Current Louisiana RN license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications; CPI and TNCC or ENPC where applicable.
• New grads must obtain TNCC/PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, coordinate and delegate care touchpoints for patients.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Monitor and engage with patients, families and care team during changes in condition.
• Prevent and treat wounds.
• Ensure continuity of care and effective communications.
• Initiate patient and family education using appropriate resources.
• Collaborate with supervisor when unable to complete tasks promptly or safely.
