Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. This part-time role offers 24 hours per week with Wednesday and Thursday night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, plus a $5/hour night shift differential.

The ED features 22 beds with an RN-to-patient ratio of 3:1, is geriatric-certified, and holds Stroke, Trauma Level III, and Chest Pain accreditations, providing comprehensive acute care and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Completed accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse license in practicing state.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Support safe patient environment and quality experience through evidence-based practice and clinical communication.
