Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an Emergency Room RN for a permanent position in Panama City, FL. You will work days with rotating weekends in a dynamic ER, performing triage and acute care duties with a multidisciplinary team.

Required: Florida or Multistate RN license, BLS; ACLS/PALS within 90 days, ADN or RN Diploma, 1+ year ER/acute care experience; strong decision-making and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent Acute Care RN experience.
• Experience in emergency nursing, patient triage and acute care.
• RN license in Florida or a Multistate license; BLS/ACLS/PALS within required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care in the ER and stabilize patients.
• Perform triage, rapid assessment and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate patient care.
