Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana

• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience (3 years preferred)
• Required skills: IV starts, nursing assessments, critical care drips
• Preferred skills: ICU drips, Cerner EMR experience
• Must reside more than 50 miles from Bluffton, IN (local candidates not accepted)
• Valid driver's license and permanent home address matching ID required

ER Nurse Responsibilities

• Start IVs, administer medications, and manage critical care drips
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Accurately document patient care using Cerner EMR

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to hospital policies
