You will serve as a billing liaison to the CFA and CBO, respond to day-to-day inquiries, and assist with EPIC APM related questions and work queue management. The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance and Managed Care to improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 4 years of accounting or financial reporting experience, preferably in health care.
• Strong knowledge of billing processes and revenue cycle concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide billing knowledge and oversight to manage revenue cycle and expedient claims processing.
• Serve as billing liaison to the CFA and CBO; respond to day-to-day billing inquiries.
• Assist with EPIC APM related questions regarding work queue management and billing issues.
• Develop reporting from Business Objects to analyze gross and net revenue.
• Support department management with statistical data; coordinate with Finance and Managed Care.
• Monitor charge/revenue work queues to ensure timely resolution of accounts.
• Attend CPUP Revenue Cycle Education Class.
• Assist in operations review and training; ensure regulatory compliance with standards.
