Animal Urgent Care has immediate openings for experienced ER Certified Veterinary Technicians for our Swing Shifts. We are a small (but mighty!) emergency hospital in West Arvada operating out of a beautiful facility. Our team is an incredibly unique mix of personalities, many of us "lifers" who love our practice, love our crew, and are proud of what we have created.

All of the usual descriptors apply : great equipment, great clients, many dollars, yada yada.

What makes us different? A few things : we are appreciated and celebrated as professionals and people. Our managers have created an in-house therapy program just for our team. Two days a week, we have a counselor on-site to talk to us about what's tough right now. We also have a very democratic process for making changes to our hospital. Our feedback is sought out, valued, and often put into action. We are treated as individuals, not shoved into a box of "what has always been done." The schedule is written with people, not robots, in mind. We are paid well, and we are compensated in many other ways, too. Our leadership team plays a supportive, not authoritative role in our work lives. In fact, they despise micro-managing, and celebrate our abilities to problem-solve creatively whenever the opportunity is presented.
