Job summary

Banner Nutex Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room to coordinate and deliver patient care across all ages, from neonates to geriatrics, in a fast-paced ER setting.

The RN will adhere to established policies and standards, supervise ER Techs and support personnel, and participate in ongoing training and performance improvement activities to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Emergency Room experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure with the State Board.
• BCLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS or ENPC; TNCC preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to all ages in the ER.
• Perform head-to-toe and reassessments per policy.
• Prioritize needs based on assessments and triage.
• Supervise ER Techs and support staff.
• Maintain current licensure and participate in education.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and quality initiatives.
• Ensure clean, safe, and compassionate care.
