HCA Florida Ocala Hospital invites qualified ER Registered Nurses to join our Maricamp-FSED PRN opportunities. You will provide patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team, following the Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage model.

Responsibilities include timely documentation and proactive patient advocacy. Clinical qualifications include ACLS/BCLS within specified windows, ENPC/NRP/PALS within defined timelines, and Florida RN licensure (compact accepted with 60-day

Qualifications

• ACLS, BCLS, ENPC, NRP, PALS requirements must be completed within specified timeframes.
• Florida RN license or approved multistate license required with compact license holders having 60 days to obtain Florida license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality patient-centered care in the ER.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team to follow established nursing models.
• Document care in the patient record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up.
• Assist with pain management and anticipate patient needs.
