Job summary

Emerus is seeking an experienced ER-CRN to assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in a 16-bed emergency department. You will provide age-appropriate nursing care, document thoroughly, monitor patient status, and implement physician orders while maintaining privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications include an ASN/ADN or BSN, active RN license, 2+ years ER experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS; TNCC preferred. Fluency in English required; PA candidates may have additional clearances.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• 2+ years of full-time RN experience in ER or equivalent.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.
• English fluency in written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate nursing care in the ER.
• Complete accurate, concise documentation in medical records.
• Monitor and record patient signs, symptoms, and vital status.
• Follow physician orders and implement nursing interventions.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information.
