Lifepoint Health's Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Fulltime Nights shift (7p-7a). Join a 14-bed ER unit dedicated to teamwork and high-quality patient care.

As an RN, you will follow the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with the care team and families. This role requires RN license, BLS within 30 days, ACLS and PALS within six months; one year of experience

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team, physician, patient and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care and transfers as needed.
• Advocates for patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
