Job summary

SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Shawnee, OK is seeking an experienced RN for night shift in the Emergency Department. You will provide direct nursing care to patients requiring complex assessments and interventions in alignment with hospital policies and protocols.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, and BLS/ALS/ENPC or equivalent certifications as applicable. 40-hour work week with a focus on patient safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• No experience required.
• Current Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) and RN licensure as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and situation.
• Triages patients to prioritize care and optimize flow.
• Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis or issues.
• Identifies outcomes and plans to optimize patient care.
• Implements, coordinates, and educates to promote safety.
• Evaluates progress toward outcomes.
