Job summary

Qualifications

- English communication skills required (verbal and written)
- Critical care knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced unit
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong documentation and multitasking abilities
- Ability to lead and collaborate within a health care team
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and diagnoses.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per orders and protocols.
- Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
