Job summary

Mission Community Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department on the night shift. You will independently utilize the nursing process to provide safe, therapeutic care to a diverse ED patient population.

As an ER RN, you will work with a coordinated team to deliver high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and families while adhering to the California Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license (or valid permit).
• Ability to interact with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary staff.
• HIPAA confidentiality and patient privacy.
• Strong organizational and frontline communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with computer systems and documentation.
