Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care including triage, interventions, reassessment, and pain management.
• Advocate for patient safety, confidentiality, and infection prevention; ensure informed decisions and reporting of safety concerns.
• Administer medications and IV therapy; perform blood collection and catheter care.
• Coordinate education and continuity of care; document care; use SBAR for handoffs and transfers.
• Demonstrate leadership; supervise care within scope; maintain licensure and ongoing education.
