Job summary

Saline Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 24/7 Emergency Department team in Benton, Arkansas. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced environment alongside physicians and other health professionals.

The role requires an Arkansas RN license, an associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred), and ER experience. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Arkansas or compact state.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• ER experience required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care and transfers.
