Job summary

HCA Florida West Marion Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high quality, patient‑centered care in collaboration with the care team, physicians, and families. You will use established nursing models to assess, perform, teach, and manage care while advocating for patients and contributing to excellent clinical outcomes.

This on-site role requires a Florida RN license and an Associate Degree in Nursing, with required certifications such as ACLS, BLS, ENPC, and PALS

Qualifications

• Florida RN license required.
• Associate degree in nursing required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications must be obtained within 90/30 days of employment start date respectively.
• ENPC and PALS certifications must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with medical providers and other care team members.
• Assesses pain and monitors patient status; documents care in electronic records.
• Teaches patients and families about condition, treatment plan, and follow-up.
