Mission Community Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the ER team. You will be responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely and efficiently care for a group of patients based on policies and procedures.

Deliver individualized patient care through a coordinated team approach with physicians, staff, other departments, and the patient and family, while complying with the California Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifikationen

• Current license with the California State Nursing Board.
• Ability to interact with patients, families, physicians, ancillary services and community resources.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality - HIPAA.
• Efficient level of organizational skills.
• Proficient frontline communication skills.
• Demonstrated verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in computer operations.
