Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure timely interventions and thorough documentation.

You will educate patients and families, translate medical information clearly, and respond quickly to requests while anticipating needs and promoting optimal outcomes.

Formación

• ACLS, BCLS, ENPC, PALS, TNCC certifications required or within stated deadlines.
• Graduate/Provisional RN or RN license as stated.
• Acute care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with providers and care team.
• Educates patients/families about condition, treatment, and follow-up.
• Documents care in the medical record promptly and thoroughly.
• Responds promptly to patient requests and anticipates needs.
