Job summary

Incredible Health in Reedley, CA is hiring an Emergency Department RN to join our hospital partners. The role requires ADN or higher, active RN license, and ER experience; day and night shifts are available; both full-time and part-time positions are offered to accommodate different schedules.

Candidates should have ACLS/PALS preferred, strong critical thinking, and excellent communication. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat trauma and medical emergencies, monitor

Qualifications

ADN or higher degree in nursing.
Active, unencumbered RN license.
1+ year ER experience preferred.
ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
Experience with advanced medical equipment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first line of defense for urgent medical care.
Treat trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications, and operate equipment.
Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families about condition and care plan.
