IRMC in Indiana, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room to deliver direct patient care according to Nursing Care Standards. You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care while coordinating with the care team and discharge planning.

Requirements include PA RN license or eligibility, BLS, ACLS and NIH Stroke certification within 6 months, with PALS/CC preferred. ER experience is desired. This is a full-time, on-site role with rotation shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• PA RN license or eligibility to obtain license within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification required within 1 month of hire; ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification within 6 months.
• PALS and Critical Care Certification preferred.
• ER nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care according to Nursing Care Standards.

• Collaborate with health team and coordinate discharge planning.
• Demonstrate leadership as a charge nurse when assigned.
• Support behavioral health patients as part of the care plan.
