Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state with BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Typically 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process.
• Monitor patient conditions, prioritize needs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols with EHR documentation.
• Promote safety, participate in governance and quality initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
• Float to other units as needed and maintain flexibility.
• Uphold ANA Code of Ethics and provide inclusive patient-centered care.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and certifications.
